I love Shutterfly's do it yourself photo books. I did a few for grandparents at Christmas and decided to do one for some of my favorite pictures of 2011. I have worked on it for several hours now, so it's time consuming if you want to add lots of captions. Now, if you just wanted to have pictures, you can be done in no time. It's also easy to do if you keep your photos organized on your computer. I have all of 2011 in one place and each time I upload to my computer, I name the upload something that will be easy for me to remember what it was.
Anyway, we had a good new year even though I didn't post much. The babies were sleeping through the night and then stopped and it was hard to adjust back to no sleep. We spent the weekend pretty much doing nothing.
I am a Bama Girl at heart, but have converted to a Mississippi Girl since meeting my husband Sid. I moved from Bama to MS right before we got married. Sid and I had our first baby in December of 2008 and declared almost daily that we were done and did not want any more children. Well, the Good Lord saw fit to bless us with more. And in August of 2011, we welcomed Elissa and Ellie into our family. They were born at 33 weeks, 7 weeks early, with a 15 day NICU stay. This blog journals our daily happenings as a family, and sometimes an occasional rant or two!!
