Have You MIssed Me?

CHECK BACK TOMORROW FOR THE CONTEST WINNER!!!

Well, I've just so happened to have missed you, too!  It has been absolutey CRAZY with school starting back and trying to get into a routine.  But we are getting there.

Before we go any further, remember that comments on the giveaway will be closed at midnight tonight.  Get your's in to make it count!  Don't forget to Scoot on over to The Ssippi Scoop Reviews and Give Away page to see what's going down, what's going on, and what's being given away!! http://www.ssippiscoopreviews.blogspot.com/

Now, on the pressing matters.  I'm mad at myself becuase we had a great weekend to make up for the one we spent the week before chasing the stomach bug around our house.  And I'm mad because I forgot the camera.  We got some much needed time in with family that we don't get to see as much as I'd like.  And for what it's worth, it was  nice to be around people who I knew weren't judging me or making comments about me behind my back.  It's been rather hard to hold my head up high around these parts, if you know what I mean.  I'm doing it, but it hasn't been easy.  Without Sid, and without the power of prayer, I wouldn't be doing it!

WOW!  How in the world did I get here from there?  Let's start this over....

Sid and I packed it up Saturday morning, threw Bailey in the car, and hit the blacktop to Alabama.  First stop, Birmingham at none other than Chuckie Cheese where a kid can be a kid.  And let me tell you, it was kiddie hell.  Or maybe I should say adult hell because the kids seemed to enjoy themselves.  We met Chris and the kids and I so enjoyed loving on my babies and seeing them all play together.  Then we went on to Mom and Dad's and loved on them, along with Aunt Maggie and Uncle Bo.  After a good night's rest, we went to church the next day where Pappaw was singing.  Now, this would be reason number 1, along with not getting pic of the kids together, that I mad about leaving the camera behind.  I cannot remember a day in my life that I've ever heard him sing, so it was nice to be there for the event.  He was so good, I expect to hear him again soon!  Lunch was the usual Sunday dinner, Cafe on Main.  Then it was back to Mimi and Poppy T's to play with Andrew and Erin and again before we headed home.  We got back home around 6 Sunday and I'm so gald things worked out like they did so we could go.  But I'm so sad that I have no pictures to document the weekend.  I shall never forget again!!!!

I plan to be back to the land of blogging hopefully as of this weekend.  Don't walk out me.  I've just needed to adjust to a new schedule.
